Howard Donald misses show after mystery chest injury
Take That singer Howard Donald has been hospitalised after suffering a chest injury on the band's European tour.
The singer with the reformed boy band had to miss a show in Vienna after being injured onstage.
Donald, who requested that the show go ahead with just his three remaining bandmates, said: "I've never had to miss a show before, it's just unbelievably frustrating being sat in a hospital when I should be on stage with the guys."
Meanwhile, Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Jason Orange issued a statement saying: "Our friend's health is of the utmost priority and we wish him a speedy recovery. We'll make sure tonight's show is still a fantastic experience for the fans."
A spokeswoman for the band could not give details of Donald's injury, or how it happened, according to the BBC. The band's next show takes place in Zurich tonight (October 27).
