Take That to take unknown singer on tour
Gary Go set for band's stadium shows
Take That have opted to take a relatively unknown singer on tour with them this summer.
The band invited London singer Gary Go to open for them on their summer 2009 tour, which sees them play venues including London Wembley Stadium and Cardiff Millennium Stadium.
Go, who could theoretically play to upwards of a million people on the tour, was chosen personally by the band - despite the fact he is yet to release his debut single.
In a statement, Take That singer Mark Owen made reference to Go's upcoming single 'Wonderful', which is released on Fenruary 16.
"I’m absolutely made up that Gary Go is touring with us and delighted to hear that things seem to be going so well for him," said Owen. "Go Gary, Gary Go he really is quite…wonderful."
