Take That mainman Gary Barlow and his Commonwealth Band are set to take both the Number One single and album this weekend.

The collaboration's album 'Sing' and its title track, which is the official song of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, are currently leading the way in both charts, reports the Official Charts Company.

Elsewhere in the Official Album Charts, Ed Sheeran's performance at the Jubilee concert sees him rise back up to Number Two, with Paloma Faith at Number Three, Coldplay at Number Four and Rumer at Number Five.

Neil Young & Crazy Horse are on to debut at Number Eight with their new album 'Americana', while Paul Simon's 'Graceland' looks set to re-enter the Top 10 at Number 10. Emeli Sandé, The Bee Gees and Jessie J make up the rest of the Top 10.

Dexys look set to debut at Number 12 with 'One Day I'm Going To Soar', with The Beach Boys' new album 'That's Why God Made The Radio' at Number 13, Alexandra Burke's new effort 'Heartbreak On Hold' at Number 14 and Kaiser Chiefs' new collection 'Souvenir' at Number 17.

In the singles chart, Usher is set to enter at Number Two with 'Scream', with Fun and DJ Fresh at Number Three and Four and last week's Number One Rudimental falling to Number Five.

Carly Rae Jepsen, Coldplay/Rihanna, Alex Clare, Rihanna and Loreen are set to make up the rest of the Top 10.
