Tame Impala unveil animated video for 'Feels Like We Only Go Backwards' – watch

The track comes from their acclaimed second album 'Lonerism'

Tame Impala have unveiled the video for their new single, 'Feels Like We Only Go Backwards'.

The psychedelic video has been directed by Joe Pelling and Becky Sloan and features fittingly retro, 1970s style animation. Click above to watch the video.

The track comes from the Australian band's new album 'Lonerism', which was released last month. 'Lonerism' is the follow-up to the band's 2010 debut, 'Innerspeaker'.

Tame Impala recently completed a short tour of the UK, and are currently playing a run of shows in North America, before returning to Australia for a clutch of gigs in December.

While the band were in the UK, they spoke to NME about their favourite psych tracks. Click here to read about the band's thoughts on Queens Of The Stone Age, Jimi Hendrix, Funkadelic and the Velvet Underground.
