The Automatic to re-release rare single
The band give fans a second shot at 'Recover'
The Automatic are to re-release their rare debut single 'Recover' in the autumn.
The Cardiff four-piece who have just come off an intense tour of the UK that also saw the GMTV studios trashed, have confirmed that they will unleash the track that was originally released last year, in September.
Writing on their official website, the band said: "We’re re-recording and re-releasing ‘Recover’ because we didn’t feel the original version did the song full justice and we wanted more people to hear the song.
“The limited edition release last year will always be special to us as it was our first release but we’re really pleased with the new recording.”
The band are currently performing a couple of dates in Japan before heading back to the UK next month.
