Beatles lyrics auctioned for over £90,000
Jimi Hendrix guitar also goes under the hammer

The rare page of working lyrics written by Paul McCartney were sold to Bill Butler, a Texan bookstore owner, at auction house Christie’s for for $192,000 (£97, 231).
Butler also won bidding on 1968 Fender Stratocaster used by Jimi Hendrix, which he bought for $168,000 (£85,114).
He also purchased Hendrix's guitar strap for $10,800 (£5,470) plus an iconic photograph of Hendrix with Hendrix Experience members Noel Redding and Mitch Mitchell with two topless blonde women for $5,400 (£2,733).
Other items sold at the auction included a book of handwritten lyrics by Bob Marley and ’The American Night’, a handwritten poem by frontman Jim Morrison.
