The Beatles' management contract with Brian Epstein, signed by the four band members on January 24, 1962, is to be auctioned on September 4 at London's Idea Generation Gallery.
The contract was signed by Epstein later in 1962 after he secured the band a contract with EMI.
Harold Hargreaves Harrison and James McCartney – the fathers of George Harrison and Paul McCartney respectively – have signed the contract along with their sons, as at the time the musical duo were both under 21.
A spokesperson for the gallery said that he expects the contract to fetch £250,000 at auction.
