The Big Pink showcased their debut album 'A Brief History Of Love' during an ecstatically-received set at Reading Festival this evening (August 28).

Robbie Furze and Milo Cordell played an eight-song set to a packed Festival Republic tent, backed by their live band.

Furze stood centre-stage for the duration of the gig, while Cordell and the duo's live band flanked him.

Wearing a leather jacket with gold lapels, Furze said little to the audience, though he did offer his appreciation during the gig at several points by muttering 'thank you's.

'Count Backwards In Ten' went down well with the inquisitive audience, while the set's final two songs, 'Velvet' and 'Dominos', both resulted in some crowd members singing along.

The Big Pink played:

'Too Young To Love'
'At War With The Sun'
'Love In Vain'
'Crystal Visions'
'Count Backwards From Ten'
