BLACK CROWES are to play a special one-off date at the London Scala on April 9, NME.COM can reveal - and we're giving away TEN pairs of tickets for fans to go along.
The gig, a competition winners and celebrities only bash, is to celebrate the release of the band's new album, 'Lions', released through V2 on May 7.
Support acts for the gig have yet to be revealed - but a host of surprises are to be announced nearer the time.

The prize does not include travel or accommodation which means you'll have to be able to get to and from the show in London under your own steam. And you have to be over 18... oh, and the band won't be onstage until 11pm which means you shouldn't enter if you are worried about your beauty sleep! Just thought you should know.
After the gig, The Black Crowes embark on the Brotherly Love US tour with Oasis, kicking off on May 11 in Las Vegas. They're also expected to announce some summer UK festival dates soon.
