The Black Keys to play NME Awards Show – 21 events announced so far

The Black Keys have been added to the line-up of one-off London shows which will take place as part of the 2012 NME Awards Shows.

The band, who release their seventh studio album 'El Camino' on Monday (December 5), will headline London's Alexandra Palace on February 11 2012. You can watch the video for the band's new single 'Lonely Boy' by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking.

Tickets for The Black Keys' gig will go onsale on Friday (December 2) at 9am (GMT).

The 2012 NME Awards Shows will also feature Justice playing a five date UK tour, on which they will showcase their second studio album 'Audio, Video, Disco'.

The dates begins at O2 Academy in Bristol on February 9, with the duo then moving on to play shows in London, Birmingham and Glasgow, before finishing up at Manchester Academy on February 13.

Marina And The Diamonds, The Drums and former Gallows man Frank Carter's new outfit Pure Love will also play one-off London shows as part of the 2012 NME Awards Shows.

Kurt Vile, Totally Enourmous Extinct Dinosaurs, The Big Pink, Alabama Shakes and tUnE-yArDs will also all play gigs in February as part of the build-up to the NME Awards.
