Patrick Carney of The Black Keys has recorded the theme tune for Netflix series Bojack Horseman, a new animated comedy starring the voice of Aaron Paul.

The song, which can be heard above, was recorded by the drummer in the US duo alongside his uncle, Ralph Carney – a celebrated saxophone and clarinet player.

BoJack Horseman tells the story of a washed-up actor who happens to be a horse and features the voices of Will Arnett, Amy Sedaris, Alison Brie, Patton Oswalt and Paul F Thompkins as well as Breaking Bad actor Paul. Music on the series is provided by Grouplove, Lyla Foy, Death Grips and Tegan & Sara, with the whole series available to stream on Netflix now.
