NINA AND HUBBY CAMP IT UP
Nina Persson and Nathan Larsson romp round New York in the promo for her solo effort 'I Can Buy You'...
CARDIGANS frontwoman NINA PERSSON has filmed the video for her solo single 'I CAN BUY YOU' in NEW YORK with new husband NATHAN LARSSON, who she wed last weekend in Sweden.
As previously reported on NME.COM, the single, released on August 27 through Polydor, is released under her project A Camp, whose eponymous album is also set for release in August. Both were recorded in New York.
The couple had a small civil wedding with close family present and Cardigans bandmates, who performed a version of the band's song 'At Last', just outside of their native Malmo in Sweden on Saturday (June 16), with a reception for more friends held at a former bathouse in Malmo, according to Swedish newspaper Expressen.
In the video, Persson plays both a rich Upper East Side lady and a Lower East Side singer, while Larsson plays the singer's boyfriend.
The rich lady falls in love with Larsson, gets drunk and tries to seduce him.
Persson and Larsson wrote the music for a film called 'First Love, Last Rites' together several years ago.
