The Chakras are lined up to headline Club NME KOKO in London this Friday (June 10), with a support slot from Afghan Raiders.

The Dublin-based alt-rock band are looking forward to playing for the NME crowd.

"We’re really looking forward to this [show] because we seem to have been locked up in the studio for ages," the band's vocalist Rocky Whittaker told NME.com ahead of the event. "The Club NME crowd always seem up for a great time, and our songs were made to be played loud and live, so we just want to get on at KOKO and introduce loads of people to what we do. We’re totally up for a party afterwards, so everyone’s a winner. We can’t wait."
