The Charlatans have announced details of a new UK tour, set to begin in Leicester on May 10.

The tour will come shortly after the band release their next studio album, 'You Cross My Path', on March 3 as a free download from the XFM website.

The tour includes a show at London’s Forum venue on May 15, and will end at the Manchester Academy on May 24.

Tickets for the tour go on sale at 9am (GMT) on Friday (February 22).
