The Horrors Faris Rotter has designed the cover for the physical release of The Charlatans forthcoming new album, 'You Cross My Path'.

The physical release of the album will be released on May 12, with the band having previously given the album away as a free download.

Speaking to NME.COM, The Charlatans' frontman Tim Burgess said: "We wanted Faris to draw a cat. I've seen him draw random stuff in his notebook. He's a good artist.

"We didn't originally plan that it was going to come out in physical format and we made the album thinking that it was going to come out for free. Then we told Faris we needed it in a matter of days. But he did it quickly and got it in on time."

Obviously has as the same non-existed talent for art as he does for music.
