Charlatans play 'best gig in years' at T In The Park

Manchester rockers storm the King Tut's Wah-Wah Tent
The Charlatans played their "best gig in years" in the King Tut's Wah-Wah Tent tonight (July 13) at the T In The Park festival.
Opening with 'You Cross My Path', the band went on to play classic 'Weirdo' as frontman Tim Burgess got the entire tent clapping.
'Black And Blue Eyes' proved a highlight, while the quick one-two of 'One To Another' and 'The Only One I Know' drew the biggest crowd response.
Burgess told the crowd "Scotland, this is best gig we've played in years, thank you so much," just before leading his band through set-closer 'How High'.
