EXTRA BUTTON PUSHERS!

One of the stars is a an old pal from way back...

THE CHARLATANS' vocalist TIM BURGESS, Q-TIP, and BLOC PARTY frontman KELE OKEREKE are among the contributors to the CHEMICAL BROTHERS new album ‘PUSH THE BUTTON’.


The 11-track album opens with ‘Galvanize’, which boasts a rap contribution from Q-Tip from A Tribe Called Quest. That track will be the band’s first single from the effort, due out January 17. The album follows on January 24.


Burgess, who previously collaborated with Chems Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons on the 1995 single ‘Life is Sweet’, features on second cut ‘The Boxer’.


Okereke turns up on third track ‘Believe’, an electro-inspired cut on which he sings: "I needed to believe in something".
