BOB AND JAKOB DYLAN TAKE HOME FIVE GRAMMYS

RADI0HEAD (pictured), THE CHEMICAL BROTHERS and Jamiroquai won their first-ever Grammy Awards, keeping the UK music flag flying at Wednesday's presentations in New York. The night's biggest glory, however, belonged to one of America's most heavyweight music families.

BOB DYLAN and his son JAKOB celebrated a family scoop of five awards between them. Bob (56), who suffered a bad health scare last year, took home a gong each for Album Of The Year and Best Contemporary Folk Album for his acclaimed return-to-form CD 'Time Out Of Mind' and another Grammy for Best Male Rock Vocal Performance for 'Cold Irons Bound', a track off the album.

Bob's youngest son Jakob and his band THE WALLFLOWERS won two Grammy awards - Best Rock Performance By A Duo Or A Group With Vocal and Best Rock Song - for their track 'One Headlight'.

Radiohead won the Best Alternative Music award for 'OK Computer', The Chemical Brothers were victorious in the Best Rock Instrumental Performance category with 'Block Rockin' Beats' and Jamiroquai's 'Virtual Insanity' won Best Pop Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocal.

Sir Elton John won the Best Male Pop Vocal Performance category with 'Candle In The Wind 1997' and Van Morrison shared the Pop Collaboration award with John Lee Hooker for 'Don't Look Back'.

Smashing Pumpkins were the winners of the Best Rock Performance Grammy with 'The End Is The Beginning Is The End' while actor/rapper Will Smith took Best Solo Rap Performance for 'Men In Black'. Puff Daddy and Faith Evans Featuring 112 won the Best Rap Performance By A Duo Or Group category for 'I'll Be Missing You'. The Best Rap Album Grammy went to 'No Way Out' by Puff Daddy and The Family.
