The Child Of Lov has unveiled the video for his new single, 'Give It To The People'.

The Child of Lov recently cancelled all of his scheduled live dates, including a performance at Glastonbury. He also was scheduled to perform at other festivals including Benicassim and Bestival.

Speaking to NME about the reasons behind his decision, he says: "If there's one thing I know, it is that I have to be able to express myself in what I do musically. I will not go as far as saying that performing live is worth less artistically than producing and composing a record, but on a creative level, they are two entirely different things."

He added: "Even though I do feel pressure to do a tour that involves some great festivals lately, I've come to realise that playing gigs cannot occupy a rewarding role if it is not exactly as I envisioned it, exactly as I want it, and exactly the way I know the audience deserves it. "

The NME Radar Award winner released his debut, self-titled album last month on the Domino label. Read NME's review of the LP by clicking here.
