The Clash's Mick Jones to prop up the bar with new shows

Carbon/Silicon set for 2008 pub residency

Carbon/Silicon are set to play a six-week residency in London.

The band, fronted by The Clash’s Mick Jones and Generation X’s Tony James, will play six nights at The Inn On The Green near Ladbroke Grove.

No tickets for the shows – which will all feature different sets and support acts – will be sold in advance but will be sold for £10 on door each night.

Carbon/Silicon stage their "Carbon Casino" on the following dates: January 11, 18, 25 and February 1, 8 and 15.

The band will be onstage at 9.30pm at each gig, while the pub itself opens at 5pm.
