The Coral announce one-off charity gig

They join a host of new acts for homecoming show

The Coral are to play a one-off charity show in Liverpool next month.

The band will play their only show of 2006 alongside the likes of The Dead 60s, The Little Flames, Candie Payne, The Basement, The Suzukis and Tigerpicks at the city's Carling Academy on December 16.

Tickets go on sale from 9am tomorrow (November 17). For availability after then go to NME.COM/Gigs.

All proceed from the gig will be donated to Alder Hey Children's Hospital.
