Mancs ask fans to star in their video shoot

The Courteeners have announced they are to release new single 'Acrylic', following the pre-release of their debut single 'Cavorting'.

The new single will be released on October 22 and features new track 'Kimberley' whilst the 7" is backed by track 'An Ex Is An Ex For A Reason'.

The band have also given a special shout-out to all their northern fans, asking them to come down to the video shoot for 'Acrylic'.

The shoot takes place on September 19 at The Ruby Lounge in Manchester and is billed as a free full band show. See Myspace.com/therubylounge for more information.

The news also follows the announcement of their UK tour, which kicks off in September and includes a support slot on the road with The Coral in October.
