The Courteeners are set to play a massive homecoming show this winter.
The band will play the 10,000 capacity Manchester Central venue on December 11.
Support comes from Buzzcocks and The Whip.
"It's going to be a massive party. It's going be great, At Christmas time and stuff. We're coming back with a bang," frontman Liam Fray told NME.COM. "We've really missed playing gigs and I think with this, we're really going to push things on."
With the band currently recording their second album in Belgium, Fray said he hoped to use the huge gig as a launchpad for their return.
"This is the gig that's going to set us up for a good year. I'm going need some sleep in October, because after that it's gonna be game over!" he said. "I'm already really excited. We're already playing the new songs in rehearsal and I'm playing them thinking 'This is going to be top!'."
Tickets for the show go on sale on Friday (September 4) at 9.30am (BST).
