The Courteeners played a cover of The Strokes' 'Someday' during their gig in Delamere Forest last night (July 2) - scroll down and click below for fan footage of the track.
The show, which took place in an outdoor arena 25 miles south of the band's native Manchester, also saw Liam Fray and co unveil a new song, 'Save Rosemary In Time'.
The track is expected to appear on the four-piece's forthcoming third album, which frontman Fray recently told NME he has already written "six or seven" songs for.
Both additions to the setlist were first played at the band's gig at Wigan Haigh Hall on Thursday (June 30).
Elsewhere, the setlist largely comprised tracks from their 2008 debut 'St Jude' and 2010 follow-up 'Falcon', including 'Acrylic', 'You Overdid It Doll' and 'Take Over The World'.
"This gig sold out in 15 seconds or something didn't it," Fray asked the crowd at one point. "I thought the MEN Arena [gig in 2010] couldn’t be beaten but this is up there with the best."
The band then wrapped things up with a three song encore of 'Aftershow/Kimberley', 'Not Nineteen Forever' and 'What Took You So Long?.
The Courteeners played:
'The Opener'
'Cavorting'
'Acrylic'
'Good Times Are Calling'
'Cross My Heart And Hope To Fly'
'Please Don't'
'Save Rosemary In Time'
'You Overdid It Doll'
'Scratch Your Name Upon My Lips'
'Sycophant'
'That Kiss'
'Someday'
'Bide Your Time'
'Fallowfield Hillbilly'
'Take Over The World'
'How Come'
'Smiths Disco'
'The Rest Of The World Has Gone Home'
'Aftershow/Kimberley'
'Not Nineteen Forever'
'What Took You So Long?'
