The Courteeners announce 2013 tour – ticket details

The band will play 18 UK shows in February and March of next year

The Courteeners have announced plans for an 18-date tour of the UK.

Set to take place in February and March of next year, the band will hit the road on February 21, 2013 at Nottingham Rock City, playing Leeds, Liverpool, Glasgow, Bristol, Cardiff, Oxford and more, finishing up at London's O2 Academy Brixton on March 16.

Tickets for the tour go on sale at 9am (GMT) on December 14.

The Courteeners unveiled their new single, 'Lose Control', earlier this evening (December 10) on Zane Lowe's Radio 1 show. The song will be available to download from tomorrow (December 11).

The track is taken from their forthcoming new album, 'Anna', which is released on February 4, 2013.
