The Cribs video for new single ’Men’s Needs’ has been banned - because it has been deemed "too shocking".
The promo has been banned from appearing on MTV2 due to an OFCOM complaint.
The scenes, which show drummer Ross Jarman's arm being sliced off and bassist Ryan Jarman getting beheaded are considered "too shocking" for a daytime audience.
The video will now only be shown after a 9pm watershed.
The single will be released on May 14, while the album ’Men’s Needs Women’s Needs, Whatever’ is released on May 21.
