The Cribs nearly sued after festival accident

Watch Gary Jarman recall the T In The Park disaster on NME.COM now

The Cribs have revealed exclusively to NME how they were recently nearly sued after an appearance at the T In The Park festival.

Guitarist Gary Jarman was speaking to NME.COM at the O2 Wireless Festival before their performance on Sunday (June 17).

When asked about his most disastrous festival moment he said: “We played T In The Park, we headlined a tent two or three years ago, and the crowd went for a stage invasion.

“The kids realised there was more of them than there were security guards, so they threw him off stage. He got a dislocated shoulder and tried to sue us. That was a bit disastrous.”
