The Cribs Gary Jarman is set to undergo surgery today (July 13).
A good luck note to the guitarist was posted on The Cribs' Twitter Page, explaining that he was due to have nodules removed from his vocal chords at 11:30 PST/19:30pm UK time at an undisclosed location.
The operation is not expected to interfere with the band’s upcoming tour, which will begin in Dublin on September 21.
Meanwhile the band have suggested via Thecribs.com for fans not to pre-order new album 'Ignore The Ignorant' yet, as The Cribs are due to make an announcement on July 20 regard the special editions of the records.
The Cribs have also announced a handful of Japanese dates in Tokyo (October 21), Nagoya (22) and Osaka (23). See Thecribs.com for details.
