The band have released five albums since forming in 2003 with the most recent, 'In The Belly Of The Brazen Bull', released in May 2012. In March of this year, the band also put out their demo collection 'Payola' collection free with NME.

In June, meanwhile, frontman Ryan Jarman was admitted to hospital with a kidney infection. The singer is also currently working on his Exclamation Pony project with former Here We Go Magic member Jen Turner, with the pair releasing the track 'Rumours' together earlier this year.

The Cribs played a series of 'Cribsmas' shows at Leeds' Brudenell Social Club in 2007. Playing one of their first three albums over three consecutive nights, they were joined by guests including Franz Ferdinand, Kate Nash and Kaiser Chiefs.
