While they're over supporting Bowie, they'll be doing some lengthy gigs of their own...

are to play their own special UK headline shows in addition to their David Bowie support slots later this year.

The band have announced a series of 'An Evening With...' headline shows. On the evening, there will be no support. ' set will begin at 8pm each night.

Frontman Courtney Taylor-Taylor said: "The David Bowie dates will be fantastic and take us to a whole new audience, but we are obviously going to be restricted in the length of set we play. Doing the solo shows gives us a chance to play around with our full set, to really let go. We want to make each night as unique and memorable as possible."

Nottingham Rock City (27)
Glasgow Barrowlands (29)
London Forum (December 1)
