The Dead Weather will be playing a free show at Shoreditch Church tonight (October 31).

Jack White announced the gig live on NME Radio to DJ Iain Baker on Thursday (October 29). He said that The Dead Weather would play the show at the east London venue which is the location for the latest pop-up shop being staged by his label Third Man Records.

The show will be broadcast live exclusively on NME Radio. To tune in, head to Sky Channel 0184, Virgin Media 975, Freesat 727, DAB in London or NME.COM/radio.

"It'd be nice if you came covered in blood," Alison Mosshart told fans, when asked if the band would be wearing themed Halloween costumes.

"I'll give a record you can only get from me to the person who's covered in blood the most," added White, before quickly confirming that the blood should be fake.

The pop-up shop is Third Man's first outside the US, although White suggested he could open them in Mexico and possibly Texas following stints in Los Angeles and New York earlier in the year.
