The Drums have debuted the video for their new single, 'Days'. Scroll down to watch.

The single will be released on February 27 and the band are currently giving away a download of the Trentemoller remix of the song for free. Scroll down for a link to the track.

Of the video, which features Amanda Lepore and Marc Faiella, the band's frontman Jonathan Pierce says: "The song is about that moment when you realize that you are someone different from what you once were. Different needs, different desires. Different hopes and fears. We were lucky enough to have a special guest in our video who is a dear friend and a radiant symbol of being true to who you know you are and moving away from a dark past."

Earlier this week The Drums gave away a free track for Valentine's Day. The New York band covered The Ronettes' classic 'Do I Love You?' and made it available at their Facebook page, Facebook.com/Wearethedrums.

The band are set to play an 2012 NME Awards Show on February 27 at London's Roundhouse, as well as a further two gigs. The Drums will headline Liverpool's O2 Academy on February 26 and O2 Academy Oxford on February 28.

The Drums will play:

O2 Academy Liverpool (February 26)
London Roundhouse (27)
O2 Academy Oxford (28)
