The Enemy to play 'secret' UK tour starting this week (February 20) The Enemy Tickets

The Coventry trio also confirm their new album's release date

The Enemy are set to embark on a secret tour of intimate UK venues starting this Friday (February 20).

The band have revealed they are to play five gigs in different areas of Britain, with fans able to win tickets to each by signing up at Theenemyontour.com.

The site will feature tour updates from the band, and each gig will also be streamed live on the website.

Although the exact venues the band will be playing won't be announced until the day of the gig, The Enemy have confirmed that the shows will take place in the following areas:

Northeast England (February 20)
East Scotland (23)
North England (24)
Southeast England (27)
Midlands (28)

The Enemy release their new album, 'Music For The People', on April 27. A single, 'No Time For Tears', is out on April 13.

Last month, the band wrote a blog , calling the album "a big step forward" in their career.
