E FOR ENGLAND (AND ONE NIGHT IN WALES)
Mark E Smith's indie veterans will be scaring the population in the second half of April...
The Mark E Smith-fronted veteran campaigners will play 10 dates nationwide, starting in Newport on April 16 and rounding up in Macclesfield on April 25.
The tour follows the release in November 2000 of 'The Unutterable', what many believe to be the band's 35th album.
NME.COM has also learned that following the tour the band will return to the studio to record the follow-up to 'The Unutterable'. It will be released as a Mark E Smith & The Fall record. Smith is also intending to record much of his spoken-word material.
The Fall then plan to play live again later this summer with the Reading Festival and Free Tibet concerts likely candidates.
