The Fratellis announce comeback album and autumn tour – ticket details
The Fratellis are set to release their comeback album, 'We Need Medicine', on October 7.

The album will be trailed by the single 'Seven Nights Seven Days' on September 29 and followed by a 10-date tour of the UK, which will take place this November. Tickets go on sale August 2.
