The Game appears in court for impersonating a police officer
Rapper: 'I love New York but I hate the system'
The rapper, whose real name is Jayceon Terrell Taylor, was arrested in November after he reportedly told a car service driver he was an undercover cop and told him to violate traffic laws.
After instructing the driver to break several red lights, the rapper was arrested and today appeared on those charges at the New York State Supreme Court, where a judge ruled that the charges would be dismissed in six months if Taylor committed no further crimes.
As previously reported, The Game is facing felony charges in California after he was arrested for allegedly pulling a gun during a basketball game in February.
According to Reuters, after his hearing today the rapper said: "I love New York, but I hate the system. But, I hate every system."
If convicted in California, The Game faces five years in jail.
