Fallon formed the new band with crewmember and occasional guitarist Ian Perkins. Describing the intention of the band, he said: "I've always wanted to experiment with the darker side of soul music and one day we were just like, 'let's write some songs and see what they sound like,' and it turned out that it sounded great."
The duo will release their debut album 'Elsie' on September 6 through Side One Dummy. The tracklisting is:
'Last Rites'
'Sugar'
'Behold The Hurricane'
'I Witnessed A Crime'
'Go Tell Everybody'
'Cherry Blossoms'

'Crush'
'Mary Ann'
'Black Betty And The Moon'

Meanwhile, The Gaslight Anthem are playing on the same bill as Bob Dylan this Saturday (June 18) at London Finsbury Park, before returning to Glastonbury the following weekend.
