SXSW gets ready for Day Three

Stay tuned for The Good, The Bad & The Queen's Austin debut

SXSW gets ready for Day Three
Day Two of South By Southwest ended with a bang after The Horrors closed the night with a typically riotous set, while The Gossip's strip antics had the whole Austin festival talking.

Day Three promises more of the same, with The Good, The Bad & The Queen leading the pack of must-see performances.

Kicking off the day are Public Enemy, before Amy Winehouse and hotly-tipped newcomers The Pigeon Detectives take to the stage.

Be sure to catch a late night performance from dance duo Simian Mobile Disco as they round off proceedings in the early hours.

Our US newsdesk is in town to bring you up-to-the-minute coverage from all of this year’s most important gigs, along with the best interviews and rumours rocking SXSW, while there will be full picture galleries online as the shows happen.

Meanwhile we have not one but two blogs coming straight from SXSW.

NME.COM/artists/toomuchinformation will bring you a behind-the-scenes look at this year’s event, along with exclusive interviews.

The Radar Blog is on the scene, keeping track of all the top new talent to be found at this year’s SXSW.

For full coverage check back to NME.COM/newmusic throughout the day.
