Band are set for a last hurrah next year

The Gutter Twins – featuring former Afghan Whigs frontman Greg Dulli and Mark Lanegan – have announced details of the last shows they will play in Europe before heading off to work on different projects.

Dulli previously told NME.COM that The Gutter Twins may work together again in the future. However, following the tour dates he will begin work on an album with his 'other' band, Twilight Singers.

Lanegan, meanwhile, will begin work on a record with Soulsavers, as well as beginning on a new solo album.

The tour dates will be, according to a statement from the band, "stripped down" performances.

The Gutter Twins will play:

Glasgow Oran Mor (January 15)
Dublin Academy (16)
Galway Roisin Dubh (17)
London Union Chapel (19)
Hasselt Muziekodroom (20)
Brussels Ancienne Belgique (12)
