BEDROCK REVOLUTION!

made a riotous return to LONDON last night (June 3).

The band played a tiny gig at the London Camden Electric Ballroom, the first time fans have had the chance to hear a large selection of songs from their forthcoming album ’Tyrannosaurus Hives’.

Singer Howlin' Pelle Almqvistspent much of the evening telling the crowd how great it was to be back, and described ’Tyrannosaurus Hives’ as the "holy grail" of rock music, of which he had a copy backstage.

In addition to the new songs, which included future single ’Walk Idiot Walk, , dressed in snappy white suits and black shirts, found time to knock out a few older favourites including ’Supply And Demand’, ’Hate To Say I Told You So’ and ’Main Offender’.

Towards the end of the gig Pelle jumped into the audience and attempted to crowdsurf while the rest of the band played on.

The gig was a warm-up for this weekend’s performance at the Download Festival (June 5). From there the band will head out into mainland Europe for various festival appearances, before spending much of July touring the US.

then come back to the UK in August for the Carling Weekend: Reading And Leeds Festivals.

Tyranasourous Hives’ has been given a release date of July 19 in the UK.
