The Hives stay on top of NME Chart

The Hives have stayed on top of the NME Chart tonight (October 14).

’Tick Tick Boom’ has stayed on top of the chart.

The two new entries on the chart come from The Young Knives at Number Eight with ’Terra Firma’ and The Courteeners at Number Ten with ’Acrylic’.

The Top 10 is:

1. The Hives –‘ Tick Tick Boom’
2. The Wombats – Let’s Dance To Joy Division’
3. Biffy Clyro – ‘Machines’
4. Kings Of Leon – ‘Charmer’
5. Joe Lean & The Jing Jang Jong- ‘Lucio Starts Fires’
6. Jack Penate - ‘Second, Minute Or Hour’
7. Babyshambles – ‘Delivery’
8. The Young Knives – ‘Terra Firma’
9. CSS - ‘Alcohol’
10. The Courteeners – ‘Acrylic’
