Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Arctic Monkeys mix The Hives
Swedes' new single features star remixers
Arctic Monkeys’ Matt Helders and Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ Nick Zinner are set to remix The Hives' new single.
Helders tackles the new single itself ’We Rule The World (T.H.E.H.I.V.E.S)’, while Zinner remolds ’Tick Tick Boom’.
The single – produced by Pharrell Williams – is released on February 25 and is available as a digital download and a limited ten-inch single.
The Hives are currently inviting fans to design the artwork for the physical release.
To enter fans are asked to send “mostly black and white” square designs at 300dpi to thehivescoverart@googlemail.com by January 21.
