John Moore, the former drummer with The Jesus And Mary Chain and Black Box Recorder, is set to play a free gig with his band The John Moore Rock And Roll Trio in London on Monday (September 7).
The band, also featuring former Jesus And Mary Chain players Phil King and Loz Colbert, will play at the Social venue, where they will perform a set of classic rock 'n' roll covers with backing vocals from The Loose Moorelles.
Andrew Weatherall, the DJ/producer who helmed Primal Scream's seminal 1991 album 'Screamadelica', will DJ, as will Dirty Water's PJ.
Entry is free.
