Brandon Flowers: ‘This is the album’

Songs emerge from Killers second album sessions

More details of The Killers' second album have emerged.

As previously reported on NME.COM, the band are currently finishing the record in north London with producers Flood and Alan Moulder.

The band also recorded sessions in their hometown Las Vegas earlier this year.

However now details of the songs being considered for the album, which is currently due out on September 18.

At the moment the following songs are in the running for the record:

'Why Do I Keep Counting?'
'Bones'
'When You Were Young'
'Uncle Johnny Took Cocaine'
'Sam's Town'
'Read My Mind'
'Bling'


“For me,” frontman Brandon Flowers told NME.COM, “this is the album. I feel totally empowered by singing it. There’s a spiritual element to the music that wasn’t there before.”
