The Killers stormed back in to the UK last night (September 8) with a special, one-off show at Blackpool's legendary Empress Ballroom venue.
The Las Vegas quartet showcased brand new material from 'Sam's Town' due out on October 4, plus a selection of classics from their debut 'Hot Fuss'.
Frontman Brandon Flowers explained to the crowd that the band had paid a reluctant visit to the city's famous Pleasure Beach and tried out some of the roller-coasters earlier in the day.
In attendance was Hollywood film director Tim Burton who is currently working on the video for the band's forthcoming single 'Bones'.
Highlights from the gig plus an documentary about the band are set to be broadcast by Radio 1 on September 10 at 7pm.
The full setlist was:
'Sam's Town'
'Enterlude'
'When You Where Young'
'Somebody Told Me'
'Smile Like You Mean It'
'Bones'
'Bling (Confessions Of A King)'
'Read My Mind'
'Jenny Was A Friend Of Mine'
'Midnight Show'
'All These Things That I've Done'
'My List'
