The Killers to headline Benicàssim Festival

Brandon and Co join Oasis, Kings Of Leon and more

The Killers have been named as the final headliner for the Benicàssim festival.

Brandon Flowers, who play on the closing night (July 19), join Oasis (July 16), Kings Of Leon (17) and Franz Ferdinand (18) in topping the bill at the 2009 event.

Paul Weller is also confirmed to play the festival.

Benicàssim takes place between July 16 and 19.

yeah .. I think Brandon being a mormon has the help of jesus .. of the devil maybe. Seriously I have been suspicious since the killers were crapped out of the twat of Las Vegas. It's not the kid's fault it's the industry's fault. They force feed the youth whatever crap they see fit. And don't give much of an option . Hanna Montana and The Killers ... shit and shy-nola. I miss the 90s for it's movies and music. I have not been happy with mainstream culture since roughly 1995. But looking back i would take the breeders or bush or primus or alice in chains or pearl jam or early foo fighters over this crap.. Not just the killers.... Every kid in a band today is living out a fantasy .. Not an artistic vision with integrity.
