The Kooks plot new US tour
Band head back on the road after finishing new album
The Kooks have announced a new string of US dates for December.
The indie superstars have just finished recording their second album with Tony Hoffer, who also helmed their 2006 debut 'Inside In/Inside Out' at Ray Davies' Konk Studios in Hornsey, north London.
But any studio beards the band might have developed will be swept away when they return to continue their stateside assault next month with a string of festive shows.
The Kooks will play:

Nashville WRLT Sunday Night Concert Series (9)
Indianapolis WTTS Rock to Read Xmas (11)
Chicago WXRT VIP Private Show (12)
Boulder KBCO Holiday Concert Series (14)
San Diego KBZT’s Holiday Hootenanny (15)
San Francisco Alice in Wonderland (16)
