Libertines' PETE DOHERTY and CARL BARAT are to feature on the single 'FOR LOVERS' on April 12 with their friend WOLFMAN.

The Wolfman And The Side Effects Featuring Pete Doherty release will be put out through on Rough Trade, with 'Back From The Dead' featuring as the B-side.

Doherty sings lead vocal on the A-side, while Barat adds vocals and guitar to the B-side.

However, the single is separate from Doherty's other side-project, Babyshambles who are planning to release their debut album. Further details are as yet unconfirmed.

As previously reported on NME.COM, Libertines won the Best UK Band award at last night's (February 12) NME Awards in London's Hammersmith Palais.
