Former Libertines celebrate launch of new book

Carl Barat, Anthony Rossamondo and Didz Hammond attended the launch of a new book about The Libertines last Wednesday (22 February).
The launch, to celebrate the launch of 'The Libertines: Bound Together' at Holborn Studios, London.
The venue was the scene of the iconic military jackets photograph taken by Roger Sargent.
Also in attendance was original Libertines drummer Paul DuFour(Mr Razzcocks), Gemma Clarke of The Suffrajets and former drummer of Babyshambles, plus members of Metro Riots, Vincent Vincent & The Villains and Kevin Gallenthe captain of Pete Doherty's favourite football team, Queens Park Rangers.
Carl Barat and Didz arrived after the party had
officially ended due to their rehearsal commitments for Thursday's (February 23) ShockWaves NME Awards.
The book, whose full title is 'The Libertines Bound Together: The Story Of Peter Doherty and Carl Barat and How They Changed British Music' is out now. It is written by NME Reviews Editor Anthony Thornton with over 100 photographs by NME photographer Roger Sargent.
The book also boasts interviews with the band and key insiders including Mick Jones, the original managers, Paul DuFour, Kirsty Wark and fashion designer Heidi Slimane.
