Arcade Fire, The Libertines, Dizzee Rascal and Pendulum are among the acts set to play at Reading Festival today (August 28) – the second day of the 2010 event.
Pete Doherty and Carl Barat's band, who played two London shows to prepare for their performance at Leeds Festival and today's show, play on the Main Stage before headliners Arcade Fire.
Also flying the flag for British rock and indie on the Main Stage today are The Cribs, who play after The Maccabees, plus Mystery Jets and The Futureheads.
Pendulum are set to headline the NME/Radio 1 Stage, playing after acts including Enter Shikari, Crystal Castles, Serj Tankian and Frank Turner. Leeds hardcore band Rolo Tomassi will open the stage.
On the Festival Republic Stage Ash are set to headline. Giggs, Villagers, Yuck and Emerge NME Radar Tour stars Chapel Club are also among those set to feature.
On the heavier end of the scale, the Lock-Up Stage will be headlined by Bad Religion, with Cancer Bats and Cerebral Ballzy also on the bill. A band named The Rats, believed to be a pseudonym for a popular UK hard rock act, are also listed on the line-up.
